Meet Your Coach
I am a personal trainer and life coach based in Dublin, Ireland and I have lived here for over 20 years. Before coaching, I spent most of my career as a professional chef. Fitness was always a passion running alongside it.
My decision to become a coach was not just professional. It was personal. I went through one of the hardest periods a person can face: losing my son, and rebuilding from financial collapse at the same time. It was during that time that I discovered, firsthand, how transformative it is to stay physically and mentally strong, not for yourself alone, but for the people who need you.
That experience changed everything. I realised how many people are carrying similar weight, silently, daily. And I knew I had something real to offer: not just programming, but lived understanding of what it means to rebuild from the ground up.

How We Work Together
Each session is 60 minutes of focused, structured work built entirely around you. We cover strength, movement quality, and conditioning, progressing at a pace that challenges you without burning you out.
Beyond the session itself, every client gets a personalised training program, practical nutrition guidance, habit and accountability tracking, recovery support, and WhatsApp access throughout the week.
Sessions are available in-person in Dublin or fully online. Frequency and pricing are discussed when you reach out. We will find what fits your life and your goals.

Sessions take place at Raheny Shopping Centre, Dublin, 1st Floor River House. Easy to find, good parking, and a solid setup to get the work done.
Remote coaching is fully delivered online. You get a structured weekly training program, regular check-ins via WhatsApp, nutrition guidance, and a full feedback and accountability system. Same quality, no gym required.
Most clients notice meaningful changes in energy, sleep, and strength within the first 2 to 3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically follow by weeks 4 to 6. The system is built for sustainable progress, not quick fixes that disappear.
